From there, I installed and uninstalled extensions, plugins, etc.

Anyway...
Update Joomla and extensions and see if the problem persists.

Also...
Check compatibility of extensions. I.e. K2 is not compatible with Joomla 4/5.

Even if I wanted to remove the incompatible extensions, I couldn't because I don't have access to their management.
